R.L.O.D. – Registered List of Ozone Disinfection (‘we’ or ‘us’) are a ‘data controller’ for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 2016, (i.e. we are responsible for, and control the processing of, your personal information).

Personal information about visitors to our site is collected only when knowingly and voluntarily submitted. As part of the process for our EDM, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to promote latest product launches and industry advice; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
We use a third-party provider, to deliver our EDM. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our digital marketing channels.
